So this is the question we hear most...

"Are laptop dc jack's designed, on purpose, to be flawed?"

This is a difficult question to answer.  Simply put, they could be designed better.  FixMyJack.com does notice that there are certain brands we see more than others.

We have our own ideas on how to perfectly design the perfect laptop dc jack.  Of course unless we are asked, sign non-disclosures, and have a money making contract our lips are sealed.
