I would also say Bravo! to this item! I had to replace my laptop AC cable and connector too many times to remember. I'm really glad somebody came up with a way to save on this fragile piece. Thanks for bringing this up, I'll definitely look it up!

This is as you say a "tiny investment" but would be so worth it. My computer was damaged when my dog ran by and yanked the cord out - it never was sufficiently repaired after that!

This product has been a long time coming! Thanks! It is so easy to forget to disconnect and catch that cord on something. I totally have damaged a laptop by doing that once. Nice to know there is something to protect my PC from myself. LOL

This is great. I actually ended up with a damaged jack once in precisely this fashion. My idiot border collie ran by and jerked it out suddenly - can't believe it did all that damage, but it did. This device may have prevented it. (Now, how about a 'device' for the border collie?)

That's a nice little product you have there. Do you still have some in stock? The price is right, and with kids running around I could use some protection for my laptop (not to mention my kids...) I try to keep the wires out of their way most of the time, but sometimes I do need to plug in... I am expectantly waiting for wireless electricity!
